Warranty Period:
Compressors from Compressoren.nu are high-quality. Therefore, they come with a standard 1-year warranty and an extended warranty available upon request (to be confirmed during the service contract).

Defective Parts:
The warranty covers defective parts within the warranty period. These parts will be replaced free of charge. Labor costs for replacement are not included. The defective part must be sent in and, after a positive assessment, will be replaced with a new or reconditioned (refurbished) part.

Service Contract
If you want our technicians to resolve faults resulting from a warranty claim, you must conclude a service contract with us. 

Installation photos:
We would appreciate receiving installation photos of the installed compressor within three weeks of delivery. This allows us to assess whether the installation requirements have been met.

Ventilation:
Warm air needs to be removed, so ensure adequate ventilation. Information about this can be found in the enclosed manual.

Dry and frost-free
The compressor must be installed in a dry and frost-free place.

Original Parts
: Use only genuine compressor.nu parts. Installing non-genuine parts will void the warranty.

Maintenance:
Have regular maintenance performed according to the schedule in the manufacturer’s manual. See our service contracts for the available options. Incorrect work may result in exclusion from the warranty terms.
