Warranty Period:
Compressors from Compressoren.nu are of high quality. Therefore, they come with a standard 1-year warranty, with an extended warranty available upon request (to be confirmed within the service contract).

Defective Parts:
The warranty covers defective parts within the warranty period. These parts will be replaced free of charge. Labor costs for replacement are not included. The defective part must be submitted and, following a positive assessment, will be replaced with a new or reconditioned (refurbished) part.

Service Contract
If you require our technicians to resolve faults resulting from a warranty claim, you must enter into a service contract with us.

Installation photos:
We would appreciate receiving installation photos of the compressor within three weeks of delivery. This allows us to assess whether the installation requirements have been met.

Ventilation:
Warm air must be exhausted; therefore, ensure adequate ventilation. Information regarding this can be found in the enclosed manual.

Dry and frost-free
The compressor must be installed in a dry and frost-free location.

Original Parts
: Use only genuine Compressoren.nu parts. The installation of non-genuine parts will void the warranty.

Maintenance:
Ensure regular maintenance is performed according to the schedule in the manufacturer’s manual. Please refer to our service contracts for available options. Improper maintenance may result in exclusion from the warranty terms.
