You wish to order a product, but it states “Available on backorder”. What does this mean?

“Available on backorder” means that the product is currently out of stock. However, you can still place your order, and we will ensure that it is delivered to you.

In many cases, the product has already been ordered from our suppliers and will arrive within a week. As soon as the product is received, we will complete and ship your order. No action is required on your part. If you would like to know the exact lead time or if you urgently require another item from your order that is in stock, please contact us. Please include the product name or order number in your email.

What if a backorder takes a significant amount of time? In exceptional cases, longer delivery times may apply. This can occur if the product is also unavailable from the manufacturer or our supplier. In such instances, we will notify you via email or telephone to inform you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery time. We may also offer you an alternative. You are then free to decide whether to wait, cancel the order, or select a different product.
