You wish to order a product, but it states ‘Temporarily out of stock’. What does this mean?

This means that we currently do not have the product in stock. Do not worry, you can still place your order! We will ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

In many cases, the product in question has already been ordered from our suppliers and will arrive within a week. As soon as the product is received, we will complete your order and ship it to you. No further action is required on your part. Would you like to know exactly how long this will take? Or are you in urgent need of another product from your order that is in stock? Please contact us, stating the product or order number in your email.

What if a delivery takes a very long time? In exceptional cases, a longer delivery time may apply. This can occur if the product is also unavailable from the manufacturer or our supplier. In such instances, we will send you an email or call you to report that the product is temporarily unavailable and provide an indication of the expected duration. We may also offer you an alternative. You are then free to decide whether to wait, cancel the order, or select a different product.
